Fantastic customer service from a very friendly family owned business. From booking the pest inspection though to the final procedure was very easy with communication being exceptional. Colin is a great communicator and has vast knowledge and enormous experince in pest erradication. He is very thorough throughout the inspection and issues a very comprehensive and meticulous report including important recommendations to consider. The pest treatment is always sucessful and seems to last for months especially internally. Colin and Jeni did our annual pest spray and I can’t be happier. They took the time to show and tell me what they were doing and why, and explained the different types of chemicals. Colin even gave me some knowledge around termite inspections which I wasn’t aware of!

Great service, great price communication always on point

Very fast response to my phone call, Jenni answered my call promptly and immediately allocated an inspection time. Colin arrived on schedule the next day with forward notice he was on his way and got to work straight away inspecting the house, garage, retaining wall and decks. He thoroughly checked for active termites both under the house (small crawl space) and up in the roof space including the separate enclosed garage. Problem areas identified and treatments suggested. Great with our dog too! Would recommend to anyone seeking a pest control inspection and treatment, reasonably priced, invoiced and receipted same day.

Very professional , explained every thing that was happening during the treatment. I was also impressed with the booking process and the reminders as well as the written information emailed after the booking confirmation to prepare for the treatment on the day.

Colin did a great job with our pest control, he was earlier than expected and was finished in about 30 minutes. He explained what would happen and we were able to leave the apartment and have coffee whilst he worked. He then called to tell us he was finished and he let himself out. Very friendly service.

Absolutely fantastic service, professional and reliable. Great communication and caring. Highly recommend them, will definitely be using them again.
