Amazing service from making the call, speaking with Jenni to booking in a time that was suitable. Everything explained with clear, transparent pricing. Regular updates, Colin kept me updated with arrival. Very easy to chat to and he ensured everything he did was explained. Very neat worker, extremely knowledgeable. Full reports sent out promptly explaining everything. 100% recommended.

Have used this family business a few times, the lady on the phone was super helpful with my whinging about bugs problems, the guy Colin is always awesome, punctual, he uses lockbox keys if needed and locks the place up when he leaves. Plus the irish accent is always great to listen to

Had Quest for Pest out for both an inspection and full pest treatment and honestly couldn’t be happier. The inspection was extremely thorough. They didn’t just rush through it, they took the time to properly check everything and explain what they were seeing and what needed attention. The treatment itself was just as good. Highly recommend Quest4Pest. Jeni contacted me on the weekend shortly after my web enquiry and she was super helpful and patient, with lots of information. Colin's visit today was great. I have some ongoing rat issues and he did a thorough house check, inside and out, and carefully created an ongoing plan to deal with the issues. He arrived right on time with updates of ETA and was very patient and happy to chat and explain about all the issues. I've had other pest control companies just come in, and chuck some bait around and leave. After Colin's visit, I feel more in control. The rats are on notice!!

Jeni & Colin have been amazing, they did our termite barrier at our old house and will be using them again with our new house. They know their stuff and will explain it all to you in a way that makes sense.
