Highly recommend Quest4Pest. Jeni contacted me on the weekend shortly after my web enquiry and she was super helpful and patient, with lots of information. Colin's visit today was great. I have some ongoing rat issues and he did a thorough house check, inside and out, and carefully created an ongoing plan to deal with the issues.
He arrived right on time with updates of ETA and was very patient and happy to chat and explain about all the issues.
I've had other pest control companies just come in, and chuck some bait around and leave. After Colin's visit, I feel more in control. The rats are on notice!!

Jeni & Colin have been amazing, they did our termite barrier at our old house and will be using them again with our new house. They know their stuff and will explain it all to you in a way that makes sense.

So pleased with their service- not only does the actual solution work miracles but their customer service is above and beyond, they’re super kind, considerate and time efficient 🙂 if I had any issues with insects a couple days or week after treatment, he comes right back and touches it up for me or tells me reasons why it could happening e.g. drain pipe to aircon outside has small leak causing water leak to attract ants. I was referred by my Boss about how helpful Colin was and the company and when I was having a rodent problem Colin sat on the phone with me for a decent amount of time making a plan to get rid of them. There was no pressure to use the services and a genuine display of wanting to help. I did of course use there services and Colin was as an added bonus just so kind and friendly🙏

Cannot rate Colin and the service he provided highly enough. He spent almost two hours with me explaining my options and rather than 'doing the hard sell' to engage his business beyond the termite inspection, he offered various do-it-yourself options as well as options his business could provide. It really felt like he was an honest down-to-earth chap with a genuine feel about him.
