Welcome to Quest 4 Pest where we are all about good old fashioned customer service.

As a family owned and operated business we are dedicated to ensuring our products and services are second to none. Quest 4 Pest is owned and operated by Colin and Jeni Craig. We have been married since 1988 and have two young sons as well as our four-legged companions. We have both been self employed and in the building and construction industry for over 20 years. It’s safe to say we understand and value the importance of good maintenance and trustworthy expertise. It also appears to be a unique offering for the opportunity to have a female technician onsite and may offer some customers added peace of mind when booking.

We aim to be prompt for all bookings and appointments and if we are held up for whatever reason we will contact you and let you know as soon as possible. Our industry knowledge is extensive and we are constantly attending training courses to ensure it remains current. All licenses and insurances are also current and available upon request.

Products We Use

Termidor HE (High Efficiency)

Termidor HE uses Advanced Polymer Technology, it allows the active ingredient to spread further in the soil. Meaning the need for less digging and half the drill holes compared to other chemicals on the market. Non-repellent and undetectable to termites, it is carried back to the nest by foraging termites who share it throughout the colony to create the powerful Termidor Transfer Effect.

Termidor

Termidor has delivered unparalleled termite control since it was first introduced onto the Australian market. BASF has recently announced the keenly awaited label extension for Termidor to control nuisance ants.

Trelona ATBS (advance termite bait system)

BASF’s Advance® Termite Bait System (ATBS) with Trelona® Termite Bait sets a new benchmark in termite baiting. This powerful combination is robust enough to last in Australian conditions. Powered by an active ingredient, ‘Novaluron’, Trelona requires much less bait for complete colony elimination compared to other termite baits.

Seclira WSG

Seclira WSG (water soluble granule) is our go to non-repellent chemical for internal use. It provides superior knockdown and BASF Genuine Transfer Effect technology. Odourless and non-staining. Great for cockroaches, ants, mosquitos and other crawling insects.
We also use the full range. Seclira Fly Bait and Seclira Pressurised Insecticide.

Termatrac

We use Termatrac T3i – The best available non-intrusive termite inspection device. Comprising of a Termite Detection Radar, Remote Thermal Sensor and Moisture Sensor, coupled with Data Storage and Reporting, the Termatrac T3i is the most advanced device in the world developed purely to detect, confirm and track the presence of termites.

So pleased with their service- not only does the actual solution work miracles but their customer service is above and beyond, they’re super kind, considerate and time efficient 🙂 if I had any issues with insects a couple days or week after treatment, he comes right back and touches it up for me or tells me reasons why it could happening e.g. drain pipe to aircon outside has small leak causing water leak to attract ants. Thank you team- you guys are the best!

So very happy with my pest treatment from Quest 4 pest. Moving into my new home which was ant and cockroach infested, they fitted me in at short notice as l wanted a pest treatment before moving in.
They were punctual, and informative. Really appreciated good communication from them about potential issues.

Couldn’t recommend more! The team at Quest 4 Pest came highly recommended and I now know why. They managed to help me super quickly, they were super informative and thorough and took the time to help educate me about my pest problem. The same day they visited I started seeing results and it’s only kept improving from then on. I wish I didn’t waste time and money on alternative pest treatments from Woolworths and Bunnings and just gave these guys a call earlier- I would of saved not only time and money, but anxiety too 😣 Thanks guys for doing an incredible job!

Fantastic customer service from a very friendly family owned business. From booking the pest inspection though to the final procedure was very easy with communication being exceptional. Colin is a great communicator and has vast knowledge and enormous experince in pest erradication. He is very thorough throughout the inspection and issues a very comprehensive and meticulous report including important recommendations to consider. The pest treatment is always sucessful and seems to last for months especially internally. Quest 4 Pest is a very professional company and the Gold Coast is very fortunate to have a business that embraces customer service so highly. Well done Quest 4 Pest Team, highly recommended.
